IRREGULAR VERBS:

Irregular verbs have a different stem, and use a combination of the regular verb endings.
STEMS:

PONER--pus
TENER--tuv
ESTAR--estuv
QUERER--quis
PODER--pud
SABER--sup
HACER--hic (él form HIZO)

SER and IR have the same conjugation. In order to know which verb you use, look at context.
