Nearly 40 students from Gaiser Middle School descended on Tenny Creek Neighborhood Park on an overcast June morning.

Students will get out of school at the standard time on June 3, 10 and 17.
Students will have a second opportunity to apply for the International Baccalaureate; Medical Arts; and Science, Math and Technology programs, as well as for Vancouver iTech Preparatory.
A district advisory group is concerned, however, that the use of one-time money from the state and the district’s financial reserve will result in another large shortfall for 2020-21.
Students who will be in sixth through eighth grades next school year should apply by June 14 for this summer camp.
The official audit released by the Washington State Auditor’s Office evaluates the integrity of district financial statements, internal controls and compliance with state and federal laws and grant funding requirements.
The district is asking for input from district families, staff and community members.
The project-based learning school for approximately 500 students will focus on arts and innovation.
