Need help getting your child immunized for school?

The first day of school is quickly approaching! We can’t wait to see your child, but they must be up to date on their immunizations to start school on time.

Please note: When you go to make an appointment, you may see Legacy’s address. This is not where the clinic will be held. The clinic will be held at Roosevelt Elementary School.
